Stephen Allott has 30+ years experience of software development, testing and project management for large blue chip organisations in the financial services, telecommunications, and travel industry sectors.
As owner and director of ElectroMind Ltd, Stephen built and delivered ISTQB certified training courses in software testing to public and private clients throughout the UK.
7 years experience designing and delivering corporate IT graduate training programmes.
Designed and built online video training courses in software testing for US based training company Pluralsight.
Stephen is now focused on using a lifetime’s work experience to provide coaching and mentoring services to managers and their teams. He holds a level 5 qualification in coaching and mentoring from the ILM (institute of leadership and management).
